Lyssa Adkins - I am a project leader with over 15 years' project management expertise. I have gained this experience by leading teams and groups of project managers in a wide variety of industries through large and small consulting firms, commercial software companies and the Fortune 500.
Since 2005, I have been coaching Agile teams and aspiring coaches. I thoroughly enjoy delivering software and process projects using Agile methods. The hyper-productivity of the team yields great benefits to their company and an energized working environment for the team members. I will never go back.
I hold an alphabet-soup of certifications: Certified Scrum Master Practitioner (CSP), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB). I am also actively training in the methods and practices of Co-Active Coaching.
I write about various Agile topics at my blog called Cricketwing, Lyssa's Agile Musings.
