Alexandre Magno lives in São Paulo - Brazil, where he works as consultant in leadership and agile management of software projects through the use of methodologies and processes, mainly FDD and Scrum. He works with software projects for more than 15 years, having already participated of different dimensions of lead time, target and investment projects. He is the first, and actually the only, Certified Scrum Trainer of Brazil, having certifications from software vendors like IBM and Borland, and groups like OMG and PMI. Magno is Director of Scrum Unit at Caelum.
